I was quite surprised how nice this place was. The people running the motel spent a lot of time on the grounds and building. There was no spider webs around the light fixtures, doors, windows or corners. There wasn't any leaves or debri anywhere on the parking lot. The rose garden was well kept. The room 106 ( okay, the number 0 was missing)was actually clean and inviting plus the air conditioner worked great. All and all it was a good experience and I would highly recommend this place to stay .
My experience was very different from Verna's. Yes, there were some noticable smudges here and there, and the carpet, sink, etc had seen better days, but it was no dirtier than my house gets when I haven't cleaned for a few days. The linens were all perfectly clean and the bed and chairs were quite comfy. This a family-run motel, and I wonder if Verna's perceptions were colored by their nationality (Indian). I found them, and our stay here, very pleasant. Rooms are fairly large, and the units are set back from the street, which keeps it pretty quiet, and it never seems to fill up, so there wasn't much internal noise.
No frills but recently remodeled inside so clean with comfy bed. A/C worked well and plenty of hot water and quiet too. If you just need a place to sleep this is a good cheap option. Don't be put off by the rough exterior and you will save some bucks.
At first glance I was slightly concerned due to the appearance. The outside looks a little run down and outdated however it is very clean. I noticed new paint and the landscaping was getting an needed update. Entering the room I was suprised to enter a unut that was a small one bedroom which included a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave and dinette. A full size bathroom. With excellent lighting. A full size closet. The blankets need to be changed and new drapes could brighten up the units. Customer service is AWESOME. The manager is excellent. Very concerned to make my stay comfortable. Thank you to mgmt. Great job!
It was great for the price. Rooms are cute and cozy! Clean and affordable. The office guy was a little grumpy, but the room was nice and great priced for the area. Clean. Also the appliances.. some of them don't work. Like the oven. Had full size fridge that works though!
It's not a glamorous place to stay. However, the room was clean and it was quiet. I would have rated it 5 stars, but I was only there for a couple of hours and the one item that wasn't clean, was the top of the full size fridge.
This motel is deceiving from the outside to say the least. Instead of outdated furnishings, we found our room to be updated and very clean! The room very clean and the bed's we're comfortable. The motel is well lit and safe. We found the management to be extremely nice and went out of their way to help my elderly mother. What an expected delight! Thank you
For $70 booked the day of, I really don't have a lot of complaints. Nice enough bed, big bathroom, AC/heat pump, mini fridge, microwave, and a decent TV. Didn't bother to ask for the wifi password so I can't comment on it.
